Who we are
Loumi-X ("we", "us") builds and runs online stores, apps and related software. This policy covers the website loumi-x.com. For any privacy question or request, email info@loumi-x.com or message us on WhatsApp at +961 76 155 850.
What you send us
When you fill in a form on this site, we receive what you type or choose:
- your name, WhatsApp or phone number, and email address;
- your store or website address, or a short description of your idea;
- the service and platform you picked, and any option you selected on the page;
- a preferred call date and time, with your time zone, if you book a call.
Alongside the form we record the page you sent it from, the site language, and campaign tags in the link you arrived through (for example utm_source or an ad click ID), so we know which page or campaign brought you.
What is collected automatically
- Technical data: your IP address, browser and device type, and an approximate country (used, for example, to pre-select your phone country code).
- Analytics: we use Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to understand how the site is used. Clarity records anonymised sessions and heatmaps (clicks, scrolls, pages viewed); it is set to mask what you type into fields.
- Advertising measurement: we use the Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Pixel and the TikTok Pixel to measure visits and form submissions from our ads.
These tools use cookies or similar technologies set by those providers. Our own site also keeps a few values in your browser's session storage (such as campaign tags) only to attach them to your request.
Your choice: if you visit from the European Economic Area, the UK or Switzerland, Meta, TikTok and Clarity don't load and Google Analytics sets no cookies until you accept; if you decline, your form submissions are not sent to Meta or TikTok either. Elsewhere these tools run by default. Wherever you are, you can accept or decline at any time with "Cookie settings" at the bottom of every page; we remember your choice in your browser.
Why we use it
- to reply to your request, prepare a scope and quote, and schedule a call;
- to keep a record of our conversation and any project that follows;
- to understand which pages and campaigns work, and to improve the site;
- to measure and improve our advertising on Meta and TikTok.
We do not sell your personal data.
Who processes it for us
We use trusted providers to run the site and handle requests. They process data on our behalf or under their own terms:
- Cloudflare hosts and delivers the website.
- Zoho (Zoho CRM and Zoho email) stores your request as a lead and sends our replies and notifications.
- Google (Google Analytics) and Microsoft (Clarity) provide site analytics.
- Meta receives Pixel events, and, when you submit a form, a copy of that event from our server with your email and phone number in hashed (scrambled) form, your IP address and browser details, so it can be matched to ad activity. Meta also runs WhatsApp, if you message us there.
- TikTok receives Pixel events and, when you submit a form, the same kind of server event with your email and phone number in hashed form.
These providers may process data in the United States and other countries outside your own.
How long we keep it
We keep your request and our correspondence for as long as we are talking about, delivering or supporting a project with you, and afterwards only as long as we need for our records or the law requires. You can ask us to delete it at any time (see below).
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to show you the personal data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop using it for a particular purpose. Email info@loumi-x.com and we will reply. Depending on where you live (for example in the EU or UK), you may also have the right to complain to your data protection authority.
You can change your choice with "Cookie settings" at the bottom of any page, block or delete cookies in your browser settings, use Google's Analytics opt-out add-on, and manage ad preferences in your Meta and TikTok account settings.
Children
This site is for businesses and is not aimed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.
Changes
If we change how we handle data, we will update this page and the date at the top.
