About these terms
These terms apply to your use of loumi-x.com and to projects you agree with Loumi-X ("we", "us"). When we send you a written proposal or quote, its scope, price, timeline and payment schedule apply to that project. If the proposal and these terms differ, the proposal wins.
Using this website
The descriptions, examples and prices on this site are general information, not a binding offer. "From" prices are starting points; your final price depends on your project. We may update the site at any time.
Quotes and scope
- After a short call we send a written scope and a fixed price. Work starts once you accept it.
- Anything outside the agreed scope is quoted separately before we do it.
- Timelines depend on receiving your content, accounts and approvals on time.
Payment
You pay according to the schedule in your proposal or invoice. If a payment is overdue, we may pause work until it is settled.
Who owns the work
- Once your project is paid in full, the code, designs and content we created for you are yours, and we hand them over with documentation.
- Your products, content and data always stay yours.
- Third-party and open-source components (themes, libraries, plugins, fonts) remain under their own licences. Our own pre-existing tools and code we reuse across projects stay ours, and you get the right to use them as part of your project.
Your part
You provide accurate content, the accounts we need (for example your Shopify, Salla, app store or developer accounts), timely feedback, and make sure you have the rights to the materials you give us.
Third-party platforms
Many projects run on platforms we do not control, such as Shopify, Salla, WooCommerce, Zid, Apple, Google, Meta, OpenAI or Anthropic. Their own terms, fees and approval rules apply, and changes they make can affect your project. We will tell you when that happens and quote any work needed to adapt.
Apps we publish
Our own apps, such as SaleSeek, are offered under the terms and pricing shown on their app store listings and websites.
After launch and care plans
Care plans are optional and run month to month. They cover what your plan describes, such as updates, checks and improvements. You can stop one at the end of any month.
Confidentiality
We keep your business information confidential and use it only to deliver your project. We will only show your project or name in our portfolio with your permission.
Liability
We build and test carefully, but we cannot guarantee that software or third-party platforms will be free of errors or interruptions, or promise specific sales results. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits.
