Which platform do you use?
Shopify for multi-market stores and branch stock, using its markets and locations features. Marketplaces use a proven marketplace app or a custom build, depending on how vendors are paid.
Can each branch manage its own orders?
Yes. Staff accounts can be limited to their branch, so they only see and fulfil their own orders.
How do vendors get paid?
We set up commissions and payout reports. Payouts can run through a payment provider or be settled by you, depending on the setup.
Can I start with one market and add more later?
Yes. We plan the structure for growth, then launch one step at a time.
Is it in Arabic?
Yes. Each storefront can be in Arabic, English or both.
